"I Feel in Better Shape Now, in My 60s, Than I Did in My 20s."
How a 60-year-old founder and business coach got his energy back, dropped the weight he had been fighting, and ended up in better shape than he was in his 20s.
Richard had a question a lot of successful men quietly ask themselves. Is it worth doing something about how you feel, or is feeling a little worse every year just part of getting older?
Here’s the answer he found.

Richard Behney
Founder & CEO, Million Dollar Pro
Problem
Richard is 60. He runs Million Dollar Pro, where he coaches tradesmen on how to grow their businesses, and he had been disciplined about his health for years. He worked out consistently. He was still dealing with low energy, brain fog, poor focus, and weight that would not come off.
Richard is also old school. Working with a physician on energy and performance was new territory for him, and at first he wasn't sure it was something a man his age should be pursuing. That question stops a lot of men before they ever get an answer. Richard decided to find out.
Solution
Sleep turned out to be the upstream problem. It was driving much of what Richard was dealing with during the day, including his energy, his focus, and his body composition. Once sleep was handled, the rest of the plan had something solid to build on.
The team also made the program simple to follow, so Richard always knew what to take and when to take it. What he talks about most, though, is how he and his wife were treated every time they walked in the door.
Impact
"I honestly feel in better shape now, in my 60s, than I did in my 20s."
"It's changed my life. It brings back the energy and the vigor and the fun. You feel young again."
"Some of the clients are attracted to me and my wife because of the shape that we're in."
"When you walk in, it's like, hello Mr. and Mrs. Behney, it's good to see you. And everybody behaves like that. It's like you're their only customer."
"Just do it. It's worth it."
Find Out What's Actually Driving
How You Feel
At 60, Richard assumed that lower energy and stubborn weight were simply part of getting older. Testing showed him something different. Sleep was the underlying problem, and once it was addressed, his energy, his focus, and his body composition all improved.
A lot of leaders are carrying that same assumption. You’re still producing and still leading, but your energy, focus, or recovery isn’t what it used to be, and you’ve quietly concluded that this is what your 50s and 60s are supposed to feel like. That conclusion is worth checking.
