Personal Information
Peak Launch combines a range of activities in the field of health optimization and performance medicine, including:
- Provision of membership and program services
- Collection and dissemination of educational and scientific information
- Provision of products and services
This may require the handling of personal information of the individuals involved in these activities, and so Peak Launch collects personal information in a number of ways from a number of sources.
The source of personal information received by Peak Launch is the individuals themselves.
The ways in which Peak Launch collects personal information are:

Mandatory Personal Information
As a general rule, to enable Peak Launch to correctly identify you, to provide you with the products and services you have requested, and to communicate with you, the following minimum information must be provided in order for your order, request, or application to be processed:
- Title, First Name(s), Family Name(s)
- Full Postal Address
- Email address
Other personal information may be requested to help identification (e.g. date of birth), to contact you in case of need (telephone), or to enable Peak Launch to understand your profile so you can be provided with better and more appropriate products and services (e.g. professional activities and fields of interest).
Email Address
In order to be able to communicate with you directly, Peak Launch needs your email address. You are therefore required to supply your email address when you create your account on the Peak Launch website, which enables you to access a variety of services online.
Credit Card Information
Credit card information, along with other information required to process financial transactions, is collected at the time of your order, request, or application, and is used only for the purposes of that particular transaction. For your protection, credit card information is not retained in the Peak Launch system for later use for any other transactions.
How Peak Launch Uses Personal Information
Personal information is needed by Peak Launch to enable it to properly fulfill its role in providing a range of services to its members, contributors, and customers.

How Long Is My Personal Information Kept?

If you are a Peak Launch member, your information will be kept in the Peak Launch system even if you do not use Peak Launch products or services during that time. Unique Email Address
For your convenience and security, your email address is unique to you in the system. You are strongly recommended to use an email address that is personal to you and that is not shared with others. This is to ensure that communications sent to you personally are not read by others, and that others do not gain access to the information in your account.
Additionally, the unique email permits automated retrieval of your log-in details, which are sent to your personal email address.
Email Privacy
Peak Launch respects the privacy of personal email addresses and complies with current legislation on email communication. The objective is to not send you unwanted messages, and your email details will not be passed on to any other individual or organization without your explicit permission.
Peak Launch may send you emails concerning:
- Products and services in your field of interest;
- If you are a member or have subscribed to our mailing list, updates about the organization and about health optimization and performance medicine in general.
You can manage the extent to which Peak Launch communicates with you by indicating your preferences in your account. All mailings sent to you offer the possibility to unsubscribe.
If you indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing emails from Peak Launch, you will only receive emails directly related to the transactions you have with Peak Launch (e.g. confirmations of registrations) and other necessary individual communications.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Peak Launch website and general business communications.
Your Right to Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access, amend, and oppose the use of your personal data. When you visit your Peak Launch account, you have direct control over the information in your personal profile. You can access and change this information at any time.

How to Access Your Personal Information
Your Peak Launch account enables you to manage the personal information held by Peak Launch. If you are a member or have used Peak Launch products and services, a record will already exist for you, which you can access by logging in online through:
- Use of your existing login details (username and password), if you have already used Peak Launch online services;
- The “Retrieve your password or username” feature which, if your email address is recognized, will automatically send details of your username or a newly generated password (for your protection) to the email address given.
Managing Your Personal Information
Once logged in to your Peak Launch account, you can easily view and update your personal details, email address, username, and password.
Additionally, you can manage your preferences on how you would like to be kept informed by email of Peak Launch activities, products, and services. By providing optional information about your professional activities and interests, we are able to understand your needs better and improve our services to you.
Disclosure of Information
Peak Launch takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data. Peak Launch staff and contractors have a responsibility to keep your information confidential.
